HIV Care on the Front Line
Despite the advent of lifesaving treatment that also controls the spread of HIV/AIDS, 30 years into the AIDS epidemic, almost 1 million Americans living with the virus remain untreated for HIV. For years, the prevailing wisdom has been that the barriers to linking people to care—and keeping them engaged in it—were too great to solve the problem.
